Howdy! Today I bring you our very own Hayley Callaghan. This interview will talk about anything important to the job and how wonderful a job it is! One more thing before we begin, I would like to encourage all of you to apply for her team! It's pretty simple. Just go the clubs page, and click on the Author Team. There should be all the information to apply.
Let us begin with the interview!

How did you learn of the existence of the site?
I was lucky enough to work in another site with many lovely people who also are currently in the staff of WoWW, and so I was aware of the existence of this place ever since it was about to open.

Why did you decide to become Minister of Literature?
Being a pumpkin and a library leader was always one of my main jobs around the magical world of WoX sites, and so I guess I got quite a name out of myself after a while. So when a little bird told me that there was an opening for the job here as well… how could I resist? I had to check it out! But of course, let me be very clear: I didn’t decide to apply for this job only to have it. I spent days exploring the site, the rp, the people, and I loved it at first sight. So once I saw that… then I decided that I really wanted the job!

How did you become Minister of Literature?
I applied of course, just as anyone would! Of course, having lots of previous experience in my job helped me out a bit, because I already knew what it was expected of me and what I could offer and propose, so I packed my application full of all my knowledge and enthusiasm… and here we are!

What is your favorite part about your job?
My absolute favourite thing is getting to read all the books that will be published in the library before everyone else. I just love it! And a close second would find cute codes to make them pretty! I always think about who will read them and how I can make it easier for people to read my books and find the information they are looking for quickly.

What is the biggest challenge in your job?
There are not many challenges in this job, since I love it and I am used to it so much. I would say that a challenge is to find the correct and peaceful time to sit down and write these days. Sadly (but also thankfully) I have a full-time job outside the internet world, and a very exciting but tiring job to be exact. So I have to wait for the weekend to really be in the mood to write pages and pages for our beautiful library.

Anything you want to share with the other users of World of Wild West?
The World of Wild West is incredible and enormous, there are so many things we could be writing about! But to write all these fantastics books we need fantastic people… and that is why I am looking for new sacrif… ahem pumpkins. Yes I am looking for new people who are excited about writing and about the Wild West, who could help me out.

Thank you Hayley, for a wonderful interview! Your job sounds like a blast!
