Greetings everyone!

This is a new segment we will be doing and hopefully this helps the folks around these parts to learn a bit more about staff, their positions, and what they do behind the scenes.

Have you ever wondered, what EXACTLY does the Mayor & Sheriff exactly do during their time on World of Wild West? Well, you’re about to find out!

The Mayor is the top boss of the site in its entirety, it is my job (Laura LaVey) to make sure things are in tip top shape and run smoothly. As Mayor I am in charge of the Government and make sure they do their jobs as well as making sure they are taking care of their teams.

I work closely with the Sheriff as well to make sure the Instructors are well and taken care of as well plus, Mayor & Sheriff alike make huge decisions together whether it comes to the site, staff decisions and so much more.

If one were to ask me what my favorite part of my job is, my answer would be being able to help and see the site thrive.

The least favorite I would say is having to be the big mean boss because it’s not fun to do, I like being fun and each job should be enjoyed!

Now a few words from Nash:

The sheriff is the Mayor’s right hand man, so to speak. As the sheriff, my job is to work closely with Laura, whilst leading my team of instructors and assistant instructors, as well. We provide the lessons for the site, as well as running the grading system for said lessons.

I would have to say that my favorite part of my job would be getting to work closely with the instructors in order to boost their creativity. Lessons are a big part of what makes up a site, and as a writer myself, I love to see people loving what they do.

As for my least favourite thing, well, I would have to agree with Laura on this one. No one likes to have to be the bearer of bad news, but it is what comes with being a leader.
